Scientific poster- Evaluation of human iPSC derived triculture as in vitro model for neuroinflammation

Ncardia has developed an iPSC-derived tri-culture approach to support modelling microglia-neuron communication in NDDs. This includes a miniaturized and unique tauopathy assay, through inducing phosphorylation (phospho-Tau) and aggregation of Tau, with recombinant mutant Tau PFFs (pre-formed fibrils). Our approach enables a multi-parametric readout of neuronal and glial phenotypes including microglia activation.

With this platform you can screen your therapeutics’ efficacy in reducing neuroinflammation and neurodegeneration.
